Carole Newman CPA, managing partner has specialized in cooperative and condominium accounting and auditing for more than twenty years. She has extensive experience in all phases of auditing, internal control and accounting systems, budgeting, long-term capital and tax planning for cooperative corporations, condop entities, condominium associations and Mitchell Lama cooperatives. Carole has worked with cooperative and condominium clients in developing financial and investment strategies to enhance future operations.

Darren Newman CPA, partner, has more than twelve years specializing in auditing and accounting services within the cooperative and condominium industry.  Darren is responsible for the operations of our audit practice and President of our affiliated company, NNK Consulting Group, LLC.  In addition to his CPA license, Darren holds a Series 65 license and a Life and Health insurance license. 

Neil Kaufman, CPA, partner has over sixteen years of experience in the real estate industry including the cooperative and condominium industry. Neil has extensive experience advising Boards on how to develop strategies that will ensure financial stability and improve future operations.  He is responsible for review of audit engagements.

We are supported by an experienced management team that directs a highly trained professional staff.   Each member of our service team is fully aware that accessibility counts. We built our practice on anticipating the needs of our clients by working closely with their management team to give them the tools necessary to achieve their goals with a "No Surprise" result.

Each partner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and all are licensed Certified Public Accountants by the New York State Department of Education.
